Job Description

• Lead and mentor the advisory team with the assistance of Advisory Director
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Manage a portfolio of client engagements across various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee all aspects of client engagements
• Review workpapers, reports, and deliverables prepared by team members
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our advisory services
• Leverage existing client relationships and networks to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in valuation, risk management, and related advisory services.

Qualifications

A formal college degree is not required—your skills, experience, and willingness to learn with a growth mindset matter most. We are looking for people with following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Leadership and team management experience
• Business development and lead generation skills
• Client engagement, relationship management, and project oversight
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize tasks
• Commitment to continuous learning and innovation
• Knowledge of valuation, risk management, and financial advisory services
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools

 

Additional Information

• Remuneration: 20,000 - 25,000
• Opportunities for training and development.
• Working Hours: Sunday- Thursday (8:00 hrs- 15:30 hrs)
