Job Description

As Manager, Operations at Jausa Construction, the candidate will play a vital role in construction projects. He/she will manage high-performing teams on company-critical projects, collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, interacting with end users/clients, construction engineering, and ensuring that the teams deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirments; 

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• More than eight years of experience working on large commercial or industrial construction projects
• Excellent written and oral communication, as well as presenting abilities, are required.
• Expertise and track record in the execution of Civil, Structural, and Architectural, Mechanical, electrical, life safety, and controls projects.
• Capability to train and guide coworkers on project management and execution best practices
• Ability to operate in a high-performance, cross-functional company with extremely tight deadlines and ambitious objectives
• Possess an inquisitive, receptive disposition toward discovering new ideas and a willingness to continually learn.
• Capacity to work long hours on demanding projects in high-pressure settings.
• Exposure and proven experience in Bidding Management will be an added advantage.
