Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our tax division who can manage and maximize the varied line of services in this area across numerous client bases. 

The main responsibility of the manager will be to deliver quality tax services to our clients. You will serve as business advisor to our clients aiming at maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes. Scope and nature of the duties include:

• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
• Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits.
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
• Researching technical data, being aware of industry developments and attending training sessions whenever required.
• Provide assistance to the Partners if and when required.
• Travel, locally and internationally, if and when required on engagements and training.
• Lead, coach and develop the team.
• Developing new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm.
• Recognizing opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
• Responding to clients, develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
