Job Description

Join our team as Marketing and Sales Officer!

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven work experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Proficient in traditional and digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. (Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite will be a strong advantage).
• Experienced in conducting market research using data analytics software.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR and marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and key stakeholders to generate positive publicity and coverage.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, articles, websites, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate and manage PR campaigns, events and product launches to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Handle media inquiries, interview requests, crisis communication and situations with high professionalism and discretion.
• Run daily showroom operations and monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with internal installation teams to gather on-site photos and project data for social media content.
• Manage walk-in showroom customers, showcase flooring samples, and close sales.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails related to sales and marketing to provide quotes and product information and follow up with leads.
• Generate accurate cost estimates, commercial price quotations, and formal business proposals for potential clients.
• Support the development and management of the establishment’s brand identity, messaging, and visual assets.
• Assist in the development and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels, including print, digital and social media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales activities with business objectives.
• Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and social media graphics.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and documentation of design files for easy access and retrieval.
• Travel to project sites, installation fields, marketing pitches, and sponsorship meetings to secure new contracts, identify client infrastructure needs and represent the establishment.
• Assist with other design-related tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
