Job Description

General Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Healthcare,

and/ or previous experience working with Business Intelligence / Marketing disciplines

• Experience working in an industry related to healthcare would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Adequate knowledge of Data Collection and Research methods
• Result oriented with willingness and aptitude to reach challenging targets

 

Job Specification

• Plan and organize analytical reports about the guest profile (such as demographic behaviors, psycho-graphics, lifestyle, etc.) to deliver data-driven recommendations for business development
• Prepare Business Performance reports that would depict performance of doctors, specialties, services and packages
• Conduct Market Research Activities such as Net Promoter Score, Mystery, Focus Group and other relevant analysis
• Create detailed product / service analysis and reports in an effort to identify and outline any concerns, opportunities and business development strategies
• Remain fully informed on market trends, competitors, research and implement best practices
• Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
