Job Description

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant discipline and/or

more than 1 year experience in similar field preferred

• Excellent skills with design softwares. Primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects).
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends, Meta, Adwords)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.

 

Job Specification

• Assist to develop the consumer-oriented and content strategy to deliver multi-channel communications campaigns according to the company’s needs.
• Assist to translate brand direction across multiple formats into compelling, creative and brand appropriate solutions.
• Assist in the deployment of creative content and communication campaigns to maximize reach and improve ROI.
• Assist to create content and communications calendar that is aligned to the annual marketing calendar.
• Support to develop and prepare video and animated content.
• Assist to manage and oversee all digital marketing channels (social media, website, etc.), including SEO strategy and execution.
• Assist to implement the overall digital marketing strategy, managing and driving improvements in the corporate website, guest portal and applications.
• Assist to maintain branding guidelines in corporate content and communication.
• Assist to record and analyze data to track progress against key metrics and prepare relevant reports.
• Stay updated of industry trends and implement best practices.
• Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing.
