Job Description

General Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration or similar field with minimum 1 year of experience, or
• Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Good knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Experience in marketing field and exposure to business development and strategic planning will be an added advantage

Job Specification

• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching
• Familiarize products and services to ensure that product development is in line with the organization’s mission and vision
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products and services
• Work with various teams within the Marketing department to implement marketing strategies
• Test marketing product features and evaluate viability using traditional and non-traditional methods (surveys, digital questionnaires, etc.)
• Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
• Create process flows and customer roadmaps to ensure that all relevant parties understand how newly initiated services and products will be provided
• Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
