Job Description

Role Summary:

As our Marketing Officer/Executive, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing marketing activities that increase brand visibility and support the organization’s goals. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

• Plan content calendars and create engaging content for social media, websites, and newsletters

• Coordinate marketing materials, promotions, and event logistics

• Work with designers, agencies, and vendors as needed

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions

• Track and report on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements

• Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels

 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in marketing or communications

• Strong project coordination and content creation skills

• Familiarity with digital tools like social media platforms, Canva, email marketing tools, etc.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
