About Naamko Studio Naamko Studio is the creative services division of Naamko Group, delivering design solutions across the Group's 13 business units — from product packaging and brand identity to digital marketing and campaign creative.

The Role We are looking for a Graphics Designer to join our creative team and contribute to design output across Naamko Group's portfolio. You will work on product packaging, marketing materials, brand assets, and illustrations, supporting both Naamko Studio's internal clients and external-facing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

Brand Identity and Visual Standards

  • Maintain brand visual consistency across all platforms and deliverables
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards
  • Create and adapt assets for various formats while preserving brand integrity

Creative Strategy

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with visual concepts for campaigns, collections, and new products
  • Contribute to creative direction and conceptualisation of projects
  • Research design trends and competitor visuals to inform creative decisions

Design Production

  • Create marketing materials including social media graphics, advertisements, and promotional content
  • Develop product packaging designs and die-line artwork
  • Produce illustrations and custom graphics as required

Asset Management

  • Organise and maintain design files and asset libraries
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors
  • Document design specifications and maintain version control

Requirements

  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant design experience (internships and freelance work count)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience in packaging die-line design and print production
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative range
  • Attention to detail in typography, colour accuracy, and file preparation
  • Good communication skills in English; Dhivehi proficiency is an advantage

Preferred

  • Experience with Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Rive, or Lottie for motion graphics
  • Basic video editing capabilities
  • Basic photography skills
  • Understanding of social media design best practices and platform specifications
