Job Description

Medius Diagnostics Private Limited is seeking a Neurologist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team of specialists to provide the highest quality of care making critical decisions and leading on clinic issues within a person-centered care model.

 

Work Location: Pain Clinic, G.Hiyaakuri, Male’, Republic of Maldives

 

 Duties and Responsibilities:          

• Conduct patient interviews.
• Examine and assess patients’ physical conditions and problems.
• Perform diagnostics tests such as MRIs, X-Rays, etc.
• Perform appropriate treatments and procedures.
• Prescribe and administer pain medications.
• Keep and update patient’s medical records.
• Adhere to relevant medical procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Treating Acute and chronic injuries and pain.
• Monitoring patients' healing processes and making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
• Arranging rehabilitation plans post treatment.

 

Requirements and Qualification:

• Previous working experience as a Neurologist for minimum 03 years.
• A Medical Degree with specialization in Neurology.
• Certification with the Board of Neurologists.
•  Key areas of expertise and interest to include but not limited to; Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias. Cerebrovascular and Critical Care Neurology. Child and Adolescent Neurology. Epilepsy. Movement Disorders and Parkinson's Disease. Multiple Sclerosis and Autoimmune Neurology. Neuromuscular Diseases. Neuro-Oncology. Pain and Headache
• Excellent communication of English and interpersonal skills.
