Job Description

1.    Acts as a role model for Centurion’s visions, values, and culture.
2.    Assist Accountant Logistics in preparing air & Sea logistic accounts properly and accurately.
3.    Responsible for closing the dashboard logs and files.
4.    Preparing invoices as soon as receiving documents from Sea and Air Operations. 
5.    Once preparing invoices responsible for sending to the customers with supporting documents. 
6.    Follow up with customers on payments.
7.    Payment should be collected within the given credit period.
8.    Aged statements of accounts shared with the customers and follow up with them.
9.    Responsible for balance /tally dashboard and QB at any point
10.    Make sure to close the files on dashboard by in a timely manner.
11.    Any other work assigned by the management.
