Job Description

Job Role:

• Examine and collect visa application documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Address customer/applicant queries via email, telephone, or in person.
• Accurately record and maintain application data in the system with zero errors

Requirements:

• GCE O/L or Equivalent Education Qualifications
• Experience in Travel Industry Would be an Added Advantage
• Good Command in Dhivehi & English
• Demonstrable Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy
