Job Description

Job Role

• Manage existing customer base by connecting through regular sales calls as required
• Provide rates proposals for corporate customers in a timely manner & update rate structures on the systems accurately
• Maintain & update customer records such on systems to obtain clear and accurate monthly reports.
• Responding to customer queries promptly and keeping close follow up and ensure providing solutions to customers in consultation with Customer Service and/or operations team.

 

Requirements

• Secondary School Education, Ordinary Level including mathematics & English.
• Preferably one year experience in similar field. Equivalent combined experience/education in Shipping and Logistic industry would be an added advantage.
• Interpersonal skills, computer literacy, good verbal & written communication skills in English & Dhivehi.
