Job Description

Office Admin Assistant

Requirements:

1. Able to work long hours
2. Hard working and positive attitude
3. Should have own cycle
4. Experience in related field will be an advantage

 

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
2. Assisting administrative and finance staff in wide range of office duties
3. Attend works related to bank, government and private sector offices as assigned by superiors
4. Collecting and distributing couriers, necessary documents
5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

 

Salary: Negotiable
