Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing

- Responsible for Sales and Marketing of Printworks

- Follow sales leads and seek potential clients within the market

- Follow marketing trends and social media trends to amplify brand image

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

- prepare monthly sales targets and work towards achieving them

 

1. Operations Management

- Carry out day – to - day operational activities effectively such as preparation of costings and quotations, invoicing, inventory & stock management.

 

1. Workflow Optimization:

   - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient workflows to enhance overall productivity.

   - Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance cross-functional communication.

 

1. Customer Service:

   - Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

   - Provide support in managing customer orders and deadlines.

 

1. Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Business related field

- 2 plus years proven experience in a similar role.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Leadership and team management experience.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for production management.

- Ability to incorporate and adapt to workflow management software
