Role Overview
As a Part-Time Field Sales Officer, you’ll actively visit shops, offices, and outlets around Malé City to promote and sell HASH’s tech solutions — including IT services, Odoo ERP, and software development. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your own working hours, day or night, as long as you dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per day. Your role will focus on building relationships, generating leads, and helping businesses discover how HASH’s solutions can support their growth and digital transformation.

Responsibilities
* Visit businesses in person during evening/night hours to pitch IT services and solutions
* Present and explain Odoo ERP and software development offerings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
* Distribute brochures, collect contact details, and follow up with leads
* Provide daily reports on visits, leads, and customer feedback
* Coordinate with the HASH sales team for proposal development and onboarding

Requirements

* Previous experience in a B2B Field Sales Role is Mandatory
* Strong communication skills in Dhivehi and English
* Motivated and persuasive, with a confident personality
* Familiar with Malé City and able to move around independently
* Previous experience in sales or promotions is an advantage
* Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions (training will be provided)
* Must be available during evening and night hours (between 5PM – 11PM)
