Job Roles & Responsibilities
The People Operations Assistant supports the HR/People Operations function by ensuring smooth execution of employee services, administrative processes, and subsidiary coordination. Key responsibilities include:
Medical ReimbursementManagement
Process and verify employee medical reimbursement claims.
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
Coordinate with finance for timely disbursement.
Employee Ticketing Support
Handle travel-related requests including booking, changes, and cancellations.
Liaise with travel vendors and ensure adherence to company travel policies.
Uniform Administration
Manage uniform distribution, replacement, and inventory.
Address employee queries related to uniforms and maintain accurate records.
Employee Documentation
Prepare and issue reference letters and experience certificates.
Maintain proper documentation and employee records with confidentiality.
Subsidiary Operations Support
Assist in HR application processes for subsidiary companies.
Support payroll coordination and salary-related activities for subsidiaries.
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from subsidiary employees.
Leave Management (Subsidiary Companies)
Track and manage employee leave records for subsidiaries.
Ensure leave requests are processed in line with company policies.
Generate leave reports and support audits when required.
General Administrative Support
Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People Operations team.
Continuously improve processes for efficiency and employee experience.
Conditions of Employment
The position should be willing to sign a minimum of 02-year contract, extendable based on performance and mutual agreement.
The position is required to complete a mandatory period of 03 months’ probation.
