Job Description

The Physiotherapist will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients under the guidance of the Head Physiotherapist and/or Senior Physiotherapist(s). This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and contributing to the overall positive patient outcomes and service excellence at TotalPhysio Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and advice to patients and their families on managing conditions and maintaining health
• Collaborate with the Chief and Senior Physiotherapist(s) and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOP’s), policies, and guidelines to standardize high-quality care.
• Contribute to the clinic's research and development initiatives as required.
• Assist and collaborate on strategic planning to identify opportunities for clinic growth and service enhancement.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Head Physiotherapist or Management.
