Job Description:

• Handle client inquiries and provide technical and commercial support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in identifying customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Maintain documentation and follow up with clients for feedback and requirements.

 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking, CCTV, and IT solutions preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage.
