Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans

• Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment

• Monitor children’s development and communicate progress with parents

• Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution skills

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching young children

• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families

• Basic understanding of child development and early learning strategies
