Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and capable candidates to join our team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review stock levels, identify purchasing needs and process orders

• Check purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before confirming orders

• Ensure all documents are in order for customs clearance.

• Obtain Government permits if required

• Monitor vessel tracking and prepare documents for cargo clearance

• Check received goods against purchase order

• Deal with non-supplied, under order, over orders and damaged goods
