Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare general costing, aging and trend reports.
• Perform cost and / or price analysis to substantial single source awards.
• Negotiate prices of products and services for the organization.
• Involvement in the approval of best products and services with low price after reviewing
• and analyzing the options.
• Ensuring proper detail of the supplier’s qualifications and delivery times.
• Must conduct and present findings of responsibility reviews for prospective awardees.
• Manage system inventories and reorder levels.
• Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders.
• Requirements
• Diploma in related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration &
• Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Procurement.
• Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office and e-mail usage)
• Good written and oral communication skills.
