Job Description

• Perform technical integration activities of the Multi-Screen platform
• Work on special projects and lead small team
• Team member development and mentoring around topics ranging from troubleshooting and to customer service and communication, to conflict resolution, team commitment, and accountability
• Learn and support the OTT solutions and services to new and existing customers for multiple product lines
• Configuration, integration, verification, troubleshooting in lab and production environments
