Job Description

Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic plans to increase and maintain the company’s sales for assigned portfolio.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify current market trends and consumer behavior and propose solutions/suggestions for management to improve the product.
• Prepare and execute product roadmap along with revenue targets on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
• Present expense, revenue, and sales reports to the management team.
• Regularly call & visit and meet potential clients to convert leads into sales.
• Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Suggest/implement products, services, or techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• Looking after pre/post sales activities.
• Coordinate with inter departments to ensure smooth product implementation and customer experience.

Sales Manager Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachlor’s degree or above Sales/Business administration or relevant field
• Masters degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a sales manager.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Management and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop sales and budget strategies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data.
• Must be able to travel when required.
