Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day activities at assigned sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff to achieve 
project goals.
- Report site progress, challenges, and requirements to 
management on a regular basis.
- Ensure resources are used efficiently and site operations run 
smoothly.
- Address and resolve issues that may arise during site work.
- Travel across the Maldives to inspect, monitor, and support site operations.
- Age between 35 – 50 years.

Education: 
- Minimum GCE O’Level.
- Computer literate.
- Ability and willingness to travel to all project sites across the Maldives.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in site supervision, operations, 
or a related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports and site documentation.-
- Organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks
 independently.
