Job Description

 

 

We are Looking for a PROJECT MANAGER

Responsible for the successful management of multiple interior building projects by effectively utilizing the production resources, in liaison with interior design team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Own the assigned project till completion. Ensure projects are completed with high standard and on a timely manner.
• Exceptionally plan project resources, production teams and equipment’s.
• Scheduling and effective execution of projects timeline.
• Budgeting and expense management of projects.
• Ability to source and procure materials and decorative items.
• Maintain timely communication with relevant project stakeholders.

 

 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 3-6 years of experience, preferably in building construction, interior building, civil engineering, in management of a team and projects.
• Highly organized and proactive individual, capable of multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel.
• Able to read and understand architectural/construction drawings and use of architectural software. AutoCAD and/or SketchUp proficiency a plus

 

Salaries & Benefits

• Average Salary: MVR 15,000.00 to MVR 25,000 (based on experience & qualification)
• Annual Bonus, subject to effective completion of projects.

 

Work Locations:   Projects Sites of Wood Pro (Malè & Islands)

Work Hours:        48 Hrs a Week / 6 Days (Fridays are Off)
