Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare project progress reports and updates for Management.
• Supervise and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
