Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and analyse issues faced during the Live testing phase
• Able to master Content Management System to ensure the system works as intended and meets the client requirements
• Provide assistance to commercial team and Projects team
• Provide support related to various software 
• Draft project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Communicate and document procedures and work processes
• Research, assimilate, and record project data
• Work with project team to complete tasks
