Job Description

General Requirements

• Diploma or Degree level course in Pulmonary Function Technician
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• Registered at a licensing authority
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

 

Job Specification

• Perform standard testing procedures as per the requirement of pulmonologist/physician
• Assist Pulmonologist/Physician with therapeutic procedures
• Maintain inventory and maintain consumables required
• Work with the technicians and nursing team to assist with other procedures and tasks within the scope of practice
