Job Description

• Oversee HACCP, GMP, and SSOP processes in line with Maldives Food and Drug Authority and international regulations (e.g., EU, FDA).
• Lead internal/external audits, manage corrective actions, and maintain certifications.
• Recruit, mentor, and train Quality Control staff to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to integrate QA measures into daily operations.
• Investigate product deviations, address root causes, and implement effective solutions for long-term improvement.
• Keep accurate records, generate QA reports, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Seafood Safety, Food Technology, or a related field.
• • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA/QC role within the food or seafood-processing industry.
• • Hands-on experience with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and relevant international standards.
• • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
