Job Description

Quantity Surveyor

(Maldivians Only)

Requirements:

• Diploma / degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Should be disciplined and hard working

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bills of quantities for all trades
• Assist in preparing tender documents
• Carry out progress payment valuations
• Assist in property valuations
• Ability to visit sites and carry out assessments independently

 

Salary: Negotiable depending on qualification and experience
