Job Description

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person and answering or referring inquiries.
• Receiving & answering all incoming calls via EPABX System 
• Receiving and dispatching of courier/post
• Maintaining filling and relevant records 
• Escort and guide all visitors' to the respective desks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed A' Level or O' Level
• Must be good in oral & written English
• Good interpersonal skills with strong ability of a team player and detail orientated
• Should be familiar with Microsoft Office
• Experience in the field would be an added advantage

Salary: MVR 5,000.00
