Job Description

Hondaafushi Island Resorts is seeking potential candidates for below vacant positions.

Reservation Agent

Work location: Hdh.Hondaafushi,

Core Duties & Requirements

• Processes reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral.
• Processes reservations from the sales office, other hoteldepartments, and travel agents.
• Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing
• Determines room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel
• Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 Year of work experience in a similar filed
• Pleasant and positive personality
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Diploma in a relevant field
