Job Description

• To answer calls related to reservations and answers all all emails on or before 24hrs
• Follow strictly the selling procedure and guest should/ Travel agent be informed of No show and Cancellation policy before making the booking on the system.
• Secure all required information to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay.
• Be aware at all times with the selling status and the rates of all packages.
• Know the credit policy of the hotel.
• Know the lay out and have a complete knowledge of the hotel rooms of the hotel including suites and other facilities that are available at the hotel.
• Have a understanding of the hotel Reservations system
• Have a complete knowledge of our special rates, Promotions, Close out dates.
• Handle daily correspondence, respond to inquiries and make reservation as needed
