Job Description

• Making reservations and issuing tickets

• Responding and sorting out customers’ issues regarding their reservations and tickets

• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.

• Keeping the records up to date and prepare the daily reports.

• Selling and promoting reservation services. • Doing related administrative work

• Participating and contributing to company events

• Other tasks assigned by Superiors
