Job Description

• To attend calls and emails related to sales and operation
• Secure all required information to ensure that all the clients have a pleasant experience.
• Be aware at all times with the selling status and the rates of all packages.
• Know the layout and have a complete knowledge of the rooms and packages.
• Have an understanding of the reservations system
• Have a complete knowledge of our special rates, Promotions, Close out dates.
• Handle daily correspondence, respond to inquiries and make reservation as needed
