Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the Vilunü store in K. Thulusdhoo.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering product questions, and offering fragrance/product recommendations.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including restocking and stock checks.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well presented.
• Assist with promoting in-store experiences and products.
• Work towards achieving sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new fragrances, and customer preferences.
• Support other tasks required for the smooth running of the store.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education, diploma or higher in a related field or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates strong initiative and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
