Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Receptionist cum Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Receptionist Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering phone calls, providing information, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Managing appointments and schedules.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Cashier Duties:

• Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Processing payments, refunds, and exchanges.
• Sale entry to POS.
• Balancing cash registers and preparing daily reports.
• Ensuring cash and other payment methods are secure.
• Providing excellent customer service during the checkout process.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and basic accounting principles.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
