Job Description

Qualification

▸A minimum 1 year of relevant and documented work experience in Management Systems (Compliance Monitoring or Safety/Risk Management) pertaining to Flight Operations or Continuing Airworthiness, OR

▸Aeronautical Degree, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License or an Airline Transport Pilots' License.

▸Familiarity with Maldives Civil Aviation Regulations in the field of Air Operations, Airworthiness and Aircrew.

▸Good Analytical and Report Writing Skills.

▸Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.

▸Proficient in spoken and written English and Dhivehi.

▸Knowledge in Flight Operations Quality Assurance/Flight Data Monitoring, Safety Management or Safety Systems will be and added advantage.

 

Responsibilities

• Flight Data Analysis
• Assist the Safety Manager in the implementation of SMS.
• Liaise with Maldives CAA on matters related to Safety Management.
• Facilitate hazard identification and risk management.
• Conduct regular Safety performance reviews.
• Organize SRB and SAG meetings
