Job Description

• Sales and Marketing Manager - 01
• Have fantastic presentation skills
• Be an excellent negotiator
• Have exceptional communication skills
• Use current technology for the benefit of the hospitality property
• Think creatively to come up with exciting new campaigns
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary for the success of the Resort
• Minimum 3years experience with five resort in Maldives & must have Bachelor’s degree or 3 years previous hotel Sales Manager level experience required

• Sales Manager - 01
• Be one of the first points of contact for
• incoming sales calls, and respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all DMCs and international partners and external customers.
• Develop and shape long term relationships with leading tour operators, travel agents, influential journalists, tourism bodies and affiliations to ensure market share and penetration.
• Minimum 2years experience with five resort in Maldives & must have an Associate degree or 3 years previous hotel Sales Manager level experience required

 

• PR & Communication Manager - 01
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
• Possess the ability to keep the information confidential
• Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
• Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Minimum 2years experience with five resort in Maldives & must have Associate degree or 3 years previous hotel industry experience and Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous

 

• Reservations & Revenue Manager – 01
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same position or assistant manager at hotel or resort.
• In depth knowledge in Opera reports
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner
• Min 2 years in a Manager position in Reservation department or Revenue or relevant department

 

• Reservation Agent - 4
• One year working experience in five-star hotel/resort or tourism related industry.
• In depth knowledge in Opera reports
• Min one year as Reservation Agent position in the Reservation department
• Complete Diploma in Hospitality or related industry experience
