Job Description

Vacant Posts: Manager, Sales & Marketing    Main Responsibilities:

• In charge of Sales and Marketing for the liveaboard and guesthouses
• Develop, implement and manage overall sales and marketing plan
• Develop, implement and manage a strategic online marketing plan
• Preparation of tariff sheet, market research and competitor analysis
• Overlook promotion material preparation (brochures, leaflets, flyers, other collateral)
• Build stronger relationship with partner agents and & customers 
• Work on attaining new partners and agents
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  Skill Attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar post in the industry 
• Experience in the liveaboard and guesthouse sector will be an added advantage
• Experience in promoting surf packages will be an added advantage
• Leadership and people management skills
• Statistics, performance monitoring and reporting
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Friendly and cheerful personality 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment 
• Excellent communication skills (extra language is an added advantage)
