Job Description

We are looking for young energetic and dedicated individual to join our Maldives Holiday Collections Team as a Sales and Reservations Assistant.

Qualification;

• Completion of A’ Level or a Diploma in a related field.
• Fluent in Spoken & Written English
• Well versed in managing Social Media channels
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should possess pleasant personality, be self-motivated, flexible and willing to rake initiative and responsibilities.
• Experience in a related field shall be an added advantage
• Software knowledge of CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-design will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure & in a challenging environment.

 

Main responsibilities

• monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages
• contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
• Follow up on existing quotes and inquires with Travel Agents.
• Prepare documents i.e. vouchers, itinerary, air-tickets etc
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service while promoting the company’s services.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

 

Salary:

Industry standard salary package
