Position: Sales Assistant

Salary: 8500 

Qualifications:

• O level standard
• Ability to speak English
• Customer service experience is an advantage

Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their purchases
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Support the sales team in achieving sales goals

Requirements:

• Minimum O level standard of education
• Proficient in English
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
