Job Description

Assist customers with product inquiries, provide information about fire safety solutions, and support the sales team in closing deals.
 Handle sales orders, invoices, and quotations while ensuring accurate record-keeping of customer transactions.
 Maintain communication with clients through follow-up calls, emails, and visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
 Stay updated on company products and services to effectively promote and recommend the best solutions to customers.
 Work closely with the warehouse team to track product availability and ensure timely delivery to customers.
 Support the sales team in achieving targets, provide daily sales reports, and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
 Other administrative tasks to support the office
 Familiarity with Quick Books will be considered an added advantage
