Job Description

Location: Day Food Wholesale Center
Type: Full-time 

 

Description

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or Viber, providing product information and assistance 

- Proactively offer products, provide recommendations and introduce new items customers, ensuring they are well informed about the product range

- Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships, encourage repeat business

- Process sales orders, prepare and send qoutations based on customer requests

- Accept payments and generate reports for credit and debit sales

 

Working Hours:

8:30am - 6:30pm

12:00pm - 1:15pm Break

 

Requirements

Previous experience in working in a wholesale shop or a similar sales role is an advantage

Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and self-motivated

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Fluent in written & oral English/Dhivehi

Strong computer skills
