Job Description

Sales Assistant - Smart Supplies Resortware Showroom

Job Description:

• Coordinate with Duty Manager -Informing about low stock items

• Replenish low stock as required from warehouse

• Must work with minimal supervision and display confidence & happy face

• Replenishing new arrival stock in display in a presentable arrangement

• Efficient cash handling and using POS during the shift

• Resolving customer complaining and making quick decisions to ensure happy customer and timely accurate service without any delays

• Assisting customers with their shopping experience

• Taking home delivery orders and coordinates delivery

• Making sure that the shop is clean & tidy

• Making sure display stocked with no empty areas

Requirements:

• Excellence communication and interpersonal skill

• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “Can do “attitude

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with customer service and communication skills • One year experience in similar field would be an added advantage

• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook & World -Intermediate)

• Must be able to work under pressure
