Key Responsibilities

- Monitor existing student leads, provide information, and keep well-organized records of the calls

- Responsible for regularly calling and following up with the student leads with the aim of achieving enrollment

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with prospective students

- Coordinate with the marketing department on projects and assist in achieving the sales target

- Assist in conducting educational fairs, campaigns, and briefings to prospective students

 

Requirements

- Excellent time-management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Prior experience in sales by phone is an added advantage
