Job Description

Niora Pvt Ltd is looking for young, energetic, and creative individuals to join our team as Sales Associates across our outlets: Smoochers, Party Land, Party City, and Pinwheel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting party supplies and decorations with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Provide expert knowledge and suggestions on event décor and themes
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store and ensure items are well-stocked
• Communicate effectively with customers in both Dhivehi and English
• Support the team in organizing and promoting in-store events or promotions

Requirements:

• Passion for parties, celebrations, and décor
• Strong communication skills in both Dhivehi and English
• A creative eye for color, layout, and design
• Friendly, outgoing personality with good teamwork skills
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
