Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to support our expansion and strengthen client relationships across both verticals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client communication materials
• Maintain and update client databases and sales pipelines
• Coordinate sales meetings, product demos, and partnership follow-ups
• Contribute to the development and refinement of business development strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and business development practices
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); Dhivehi language skills a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
