Job Description

General Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Healthcare, and/or previous sales experience with proven success
• Experience working in an industry related to healthcare would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
• Ability to extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, customer feedback, IT)
• Results oriented with willingness and aptitude to reach challenging targets

 

Job Specification

• Plan and organize corporate visits that may include high profile corporates, resorts, NGOs and other service industries
• Perform physical visits and make follow up emails & calls in order to ensure Tree Top Hospital (TTH) is in touch with clients and prospects
• Prepare Corporate Product Portfolio and presentation materials in order to pitch potential clients
• Ensure to close agreements / tie-ups with potential clients and present results on a monthly basis
• Carefully monitor clients in terms of service delivery, service experience, guest satisfaction, and revenue outcomes
• Monitor and measure revenue contributions from the corporate client list and aspire toward uplifting and enhancing corporate revenues so that it positively impacts TTH top line, goals and objectives
• Remain fully informed on market trends, research, and implement best practices
• Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
